You can support Renaissance Theatre in many ways.
We offer volunteer opportunities in many areas and we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, so your donations are tax deductible within the charitable giving regulations and provisions of the Internal Revenue Service.
Volunteer
To volunteer with Renaissance, email us and let us know what type of position you are interested in. We are always in need of ushers for performances. Ushers need to be able to show patrons to their seats, and our ushers always receive a free ticket to the performance. Other volunteer opportunities, besides acting or directing, include building sets, painting, costuming, make up, lighting, and numerous other tasks as they arise.
Advertise
Another way to support Renaissance Theatre is by placing an ad in our programs. Our rates are reasonable and you can choose to advertise by the show or by the season. We also have sponsorships available for shows. Please consider advertising with us, or even sponsoring a production!

Donations
Renaissance Theatre needs monetary donations to help produce quality programs. Your support helps us pay for royalties, set materials, paint, props, costumes, equipment, and any other number of items that directly benefit the Theatre. Because Renaissance is an all-volunteer, community theatre organization, you can be sure your donations are being used to help create live theatre in Lynchburg!
